I have received a response:
There was an issue with Reader keyboard shortcuts being picked up from inside comments, which has been fixed now.
Please clear your browser cache and refresh the page, and you should be able to comment normally as before.

Mine is not jumping from comment to comment, but I have to sign into the site every single time I post or respond; even when I am already signed in. Aggravating because it sends me off to another page that just stays blank so I have to go back and start all over!
