Remember how this pandemic was supposed to last until the summer, then the fall, then after the holidays, then spring 2021, now forever? I may be ‘round’ for a while.

I have recently cut back on my wine consumption. By the height of the pandemic, I was drinking six bottles of red wine a week, and feeling the effects on my waistline. In just a short time, I now need a belt to hold up my trousers again, but there is still some way to go to reduce the rest of the ‘chub’. 🙂

i made a point to support our local restaurants that were struggling (two of them serve alcohol) but like to consider the humanitarian nature of my consumption.
