My daughter and her family are struggling and the caring you extend by reading and commenting on her blog means so much to both of us. Today she talks about the physical and emotional realities (and accompanying depression) of wrestling with life in this pandemic.

Let me start by saying that I do not suffer from ongoing clinical depression. Anyone that knows me will tell you that I am a truly happy, positive, and upbeat person. However, I think it’s fair to say that this Pandemic has affected and changed so much for so many. Unfortunately, I have been no exception to this rule.
Down In The Dumps…..
I’ve been down in the dumps…the kind of “dumps” that seems to be getting progressively worse as the days have gone on over this past week.
